You can always try T3s. Proteus/Tengu/Loki in covop versions generally offer more damage/flexibility than their t2 counterparts. Leaving out the legion 'cause imo it's not very good at this.

Falloff is what you want to be looking at in a dramiel. Not optimal. Also, against a vagabond you can simply mwd around it, if it's scrammed [ as long as he doesn't neut your ass off with his medium neut and you kill his warriors off ]
